Consider what skills and qualifications you have or would like to develop as a Certified Trainer. This will help us identify the ideal path you could collaborate with us on. In your cover letter please share your experience in teaching, digital workflows, and if you already teach your own courses and/or are affiliated with dental academies and local study clubs and societies.

After reviewing your resume and cover letter, we will reach out to you directly to schedule a virtual meet and greet and get to know you better.

After the virtual interview, the team will assess your next steps. If we proceed, you will be required to attend an in-person Smile Designer Certification course. We have a standard program designed to teach dentists the digital workflow with SmileFy. Here you will spend 4 days with us. In these four days, you will be trained on the SmileFy Platform, learn the course structure, and experience hands-on firsthand. You get the chance to meet the SmileFy team and departments who will support you with your SmileFy courses. On the fourth day, our Education Leads will meet with you to outline the structure of the SmileFy courses that you will conduct, share with you the company’s presentation, and go over your clinical cases to incorporate during the courses. Attending our mandatory course will be complimentary however the applicant will be responsible for accommodations, food & beverage (outside of the course dates), and flights.

To become a CST, we require you to create and document a case using the software as a base for your treatment. This case will be a passing test on becoming a Certified SmileFy Trainer.

Now you are ready to conduct your SmileFy courses. You will work closely with our Educational and Marketing team, who will support you at each step of planning and promoting your courses.
